Took a credit card payment for more than the contracted client, me, was contracted to pay. Michelle refused to refund overages, successfully charged back part of the overage, filed a Bar Complaint for unethical practices after review of contract and charges by my attorney. Can confirm her and her incompetent staff are dishonest at best and criminal at worst. I was fired as a client after not being told about a court order for 11 days, her staff sharing with me bank account, name, address information of a former client, and she continues to overcharge and hold over $900 in trust that belongs to me, claiming it is marital property. If your looking for competent, responsive, and effective counsel, look elsewhere.
