Very expensive and not worth the price. The attorney was competent. However it usually took at least two tries to get a response to anything from a single emailed question to a request for a phone call. As for the care coordinator, she was unreliable – dipping in and out of the scene. The most concerning piece was that they work with a limited home care company network (you can see their pictures all over the firm’s Facebook page). I most often felt the coordinator had the best interest of these companies in her work, and not the client. I often found our own home care via Google, as we couldn’t rely on Bratton for follow through and the companies they work with were definitely not the most economical.
