Kelly is a partner at Driver Defense Team. She works side by side with retired Judge Colleen McSweeney Moore beginning in 2013. Kelly joined McSweeney Moore Law Offices after graduating cum laude from the John Marshall Law School. She attended the John Marshall Law School from 2010-2013 and she was able to complete law school in only two and a half years.
