   I met with Mr. Diran today and he was extremely unprofessional. My mother speaks limited English and was just ensuring she understood everything Mr. Diran was expressing. He proceeded to raise his voice and yell “Stop!” Extremely unprofessional. When I explained that I did not appreciate how he was speaking to us, he continued to be unprofessional. Had to leave the meeting. If he really, did have a problem with my mother’s limited English then why push on attempting to explain the AB Living Trust option.
