The Stewart Law Group is lead by Attorney L. Marcel Stewart, who has significant trial and litigation experience at very high levels. Early in his career, he worked on the largest civil lawsuit of the time, known as the “Tobacco Litigation.” Then, he was part of a team of civil trial attorney for the United States Department of Justice, who sued the tobacco industry for civil RICO conspiracy.
