Simple a scam artist.
He ask 3 times more than the standard ($7500 to renew a Visa) when you say that you won’t pay that, after a week his assistant will send a new offer, that’s still expensive, but you’ll think that worth it because his “trajectory ” but that you need to pay all in advance (red flag). The catch is that he will never look at your case, his office if you don’t push them constantly won’t do nothing either, and you will end sending countless emails to his useless assistant, half of them never responded, and without being able to talk with a lawyer.
After several months where they only asked me to fulfill the form d160, asked for my money back. He didn’t respond for months, I kept trying and after a year, I had finally my first call with him, were he was arrogant, rude, saying that he won’t refund it because he did his work (?) (Even considering that after a year, that was my first contact with him, insane)
So, he kept with the $4000 that I paid, and I couldn’t renew my Visa.
Is a psychopath and totally incompetent lawyer, that after you lived 7 years in the US recommend you to change your status to tourist, doesn’t care at all about your situation and lies in your face even when you have several emails proving he’s lying.
And all the people that works around him is incompetent to the point that his assistant is incapable to make an appointment, respond an email, or his wife, you send her a PDF and she only read the left half of the sheet, crazy right? This people has your future in their hands, so stay away.
